Our Mission
To be the "Fairy Godmother" for both children and families. Every child and every family is unique, and their needs are as well. My goal is to see those needs and fulfill them with loving, patient care and communication. Families and caregivers are a team- working together to support and encourage children's growth.

About my program:
I provide a safe and fun place for children to learn and grow. I adjust care and support as needed for each child and each family. I provide care for children from newborn to 12 years old, including preschool, tutoring, and special needs care. Children in my care are encouraged to be curious and given tools to be prepared to learn throughout their lives. We are an inclusive environment, encouraging children to be themselves and allow others to express their individuality with safety and support.
I offer a personalized curriculum which incorporates music of all genres, science, language arts, math, humanities, and languages. I use Experience Curriculum from brightwheel to supplement my own lesson plans. I also use the brightwheel app to share pictures and updates with parents in addition to the daily progress reports I send home. I feel one of the best and most important parts of in-home daycare programs is the ability to adjust the curriculum on a whim for the best support and growth of the children in care. In addition to adjustments for children's individual needs, we also adjust to take advantage of enrichment activities that pop up. For example, if we had planned to learn about the letter B, but the neighbor’s goat had babies, we will go for a walk to see the babies and skip letter B for today. I’m a firm believer in "learning through osmosis", as I like to call it, so all the children learn together to expose children to learning of all levels. This way they can absorb whatever they are ready for- not just what others think they are ready for. I am a confirmed book dragon, and take pride in helping children not only learn how to read, but learn to love reading. We do a lot of learning with songs, learn correct ASL signs for words we use (I do not teach ASL grammar or syntax, just words) and we stay physically active and curious.
I provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and two snacks per day, and I'm comfortable making adjustments for food allergies and restrictive eating disorders. I love teaching children to enjoy healthy foods and keep in mind taking care of our bodies with healthy habits. I participate in the CACFP (food program), which ensures I provide healthy meals and provides training and support for me in that capacity. I maintain top-tier standards for my menus and healthy teaching habits, and have been TopStar endorsed.
About Me
Childcare and early childhood education is my passion, and I've been doing it professionally since 2010. I started doing daycare when my own 5 kids were 7 and under, and I was inspired to be a 'life-saver' for other parents like my kids' daycare lady had been when they were tiny. All my kids are growing up and leaving the nest these days, and the influence of their early daycare experience still benefits them. I feel I truly found my calling in life when I started my child care business. I teach love, tolerance, and acceptance, and let kids learn at their own pace in a loving and safe environment, and we have tons of fun while we're at it!
